Frequently Asked Questions
What is a dice pool? ▼
A dice pool rolls several dice and counts each die at or above a threshold as one success. This calculator shows the probability of every success count instead of adding the faces together.
Do exploding dice keep chaining? ▼
Yes. Every maximum roll adds one extra die, and a maximum on that die adds another. The maximum face also counts as a success.
How often are ones rerolled? ▼
Once per die. If the rerolled die is another one, that second result is kept.
